Dans Le Noir: London's Newest Sensation

After its huge success in Paris, Dans Le Noir will be opening the UK's first and only restaurant where costumers will eat completely in the dark.  The restaurant is the first of what may become a new wave in the culinary world of restaurants, where costumers neither choose nor see their food.  The idea works from the natural instinct that causes other senses to compensate and become more sensitive when one is taken away.   Some have accused that this entire concept is just an extreme step taken by chefs in an overzealous attempt to protect the secrecy of their recipies.vWho really cares though?
The restaurant seems like a pretty cool place to me, and where else is it necessary to be guided if you want to use the restroom?  Which brings up two interesting points: first, tthe guides/waiters are all actually blind because they have much stronger senses used for navigation in the dark, and second, so if this entire place is dark. . . .What about the bathroom?  I wasn't sure, so Dans Le Noir was contacted and asked "Are the toilets ( or johns as they say in Europe)  dark," to which was replied "Would be fun but, no toilets aren't in the dark! The toilets are located on ground floor level and first floor lounge and are fully lit."
