Who is the owner of these disgusting hands?

It's Lindsay Lohan, Hollywood's IT girl!

You'd think that this rich starlet would have enough money to get manicures reguarly, have her hands washed for her, or even buy some hand sanitizer...

But nope! Lohan must be poorer than we thought she was!

Plus...the black nail polish? What the hell is going on with that! Not only does it add to the unflattering look of her hand, but it's also chipped and just plain ugly!

Her are my two cents to Lindsay:

Penny number 1: Wash your damn hands!

Penny number 2: Change the nail polish color please...I beg of you
