I swear I heard the song before I saw the video. When I did hear it though, I thought, "Man, this song is really catchy!" And now that I've watched the video twice, I like it as well. The song is called Toe Jam, and is by The BPA (British Port Authority) formerly Fatboy Slim. The vocals are done by David Bryne of the Talking Heads.
